I was hoping you all might give me some feedback on this idea I had so I can see if I'm just weird or not.
I work in a sewing gallery, selling sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, and embroidery designs & software. We teach free courses to our customers on all of our products... except the $2,300 software. Why? because Corporate has approved one class for it, and only that one, which teaches you how to open the program, what each of the tabs in the program is for, how to do basic lettering, copy/paste, and how to export a design from the program to your embroidery machine.

That, right there, is probably the coolest 3D render-type software I have ever laid eyes on, and it's so freaking cheap, seriously! $5. Five bucks. USD, yes, but still, holy cow, five bucks. Unless you're like me and you want the crazy awesome professional version and alllllll of the future upgrades, and then it's $100, but that's so going to be my late christmas present to myself. (I don't get my bonus check from work until after christmas. Phooey)
